Chapter
instances, petitions and proposals


Article 1 - Introduction

1. The public, including associations, have the right to address, according to Article 35, paragraph 1, of the municipal statute, motions, petitions and proposals for the town administration.

2. Instances, petitions and proposals are addressed to the Mayor and / or the President of the City Council who, within five days of receipt, shall transmit to the Executive Board or the Commission, within their respective powers.

3. Instances, petitions and proposals that concern matters the responsibility of the Executive are, however, sent to the chairs of the Board.


Article 2 - Consideration

1. The President of the Board, within ten days of receipt, the Commission convened for the consideration of the application, petition or proposal, giving notice to proposers.

2.
